Blending is the culinary art of combining two or more bean origins to achieve a more complex flavour, length and finish. A blend is needed for true caffe espresso but can also suit other brewing methods. The skill of blending lies in recognising individual flavour characteristics of single origin coffees and then combining to achieve balanced and complete flavour in the cup. Our roasters are continually sampling single origins and considering altitude at which the crops are grown and the processing method used for each to ascertain how it fits into a blend profile.
This is our signature blend of Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Sumatran origins, roasted in the classic Milanese style. Rich and full-bodied with balanced, complex flavours and full sweet acidity.

Applying knowledge and techniques passed down and finessed over countless generations, our breads are baked from scratch and all shaped by hand.
Using natural leavens, along with flour, water and salt our breads are created with natural ingredients only with no additives or preservatives, everything is baked fresh daily.
